Van DeVore
Van DeVore, a Real Estate, Mortgage and Financial Mogul—Founded DeVore Financial Services in 1997. Raised in Philadelphia, the Chief Executive Officer of DeVore Financial has over 22 years of intense experience within Real Estate and the Mortgage Lending business. DeVore, is a former business administration and accounting student from Saint John’s University, in Queens, NY.—Where he began his pursuit to expand his empire and expertise in finance.

Not long after, DeVore quickly became a go-to-agent and consistent leader with a reputation for family and building community. DeVore has contributed to every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors and banks, in both residential and commercial markets.

TaJuan DeVore plays a pivotal role in all aspects of operational oversight, with over 20 years concentrated within healthcare operations, she now in dyad with Van H DeVore successfully leads the operations of DeVore Financial Services, and has recently launched DeVore Consulting Services and, in addition, assisted with launching DeVore & Company (real estate development service line). TaJuan is not only razor-sharp in leading DFS operations, she is equally compassionate about cultivating external businesses/organizations providing fractional C-Suite guidance with a blend of strategic insight and operational discipline to help business growth by way of building systems that support sustainable operational performance.

TaJuan attended Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia PA, on a pre-nursing track and thereafter, a portion of her time was spent at LaSalle University in pursuit of completing her BSN, TaJuan then relocated to Tampa Florida with her husband Van H DeVore, transferring her studies to the University of Phoenix where she graduated with honors receiving her undergraduate degree in Healthcare Administration.
